One complaint we hear quite often is board members don’t understand the terms and abbreviations being used during a foreclosure case. Attorneys will toss them around like everyone has worked in foreclosure law for years. While it might seem simple to an attorney that a CMC is a case management conference, most people will never hear this term in their day to day life. We too have been guilty of using abbreviations that aren’t commonly known, but LM Funding always strives to explain things in a way that everyone will understand.
