Frank Silcox
Mr. Silcox founded LMF in January 2008. Mr. Silcox has over 20 years in the commercial mortgage banking business with particular expertise in development and investment of multi-family housing and condominium projects throughout Florida and the Southeast. As a principal investor, Mr. Silcox has held ownership in over 10 real estate projects with individual costs exceeding $15,000,000, and total costs exceeding $300 Million. As an intermediary, Mr. Silcox has participated in over $1 Billion of institutional level mortgage and equity investments in commercial real estate. Originally from New Jersey, Mr. Silcox is a graduate of University of Tampa.

Carollinn Gould
Ms. Gould joined LMF at its inception in January 2008. Ms. Gould manages LMF accounting. Prior to joining LMF, Ms. Gould owned and operated a recruiting company specializing in the placement of financial services personnel. Ms. Gould worked for Outback Steakhouse rising to the level of controller during her 17 years tenure. Originally from Upstate New York, Ms. Gould attended Syracuse University and University of South Florida. She holds a degree in management from Nova Southeastern University.

Bruce Rodgers
Mr. Rodgers owns Business Law Group, P.A., which manages all collection functions for LMF. Mr. Rodgers is a business transactions attorney and a former shareholder with Macfarlane, Ferguson, & McMullen, P.A. and an equity partner with Foley & Lardner. Originally from Bowling Green, Kentucky, Mr. Rodgers holds an engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and a juris doctorate, with highest honors, from University of Florida. Mr. Rodgers is a member of the Florida Bar and holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell.

Jon Dickson

Mr. Dickson is Director of Operations for LM Funding in charge of all Information Technology integration with associations and their management companies.  Originally from Palm Harbor, FL, Mr. Dickson graduated first in his class from Florida State University in 2008. Mr. Dickson currently holds licenses as a Florida Real Estate Broker, Florida Mortgage Broker, and Licensed Community Association Manager.

Aaron Gordon

Aaron Gordon serves as inside general counsel for LM Funding, supervising acquisition of underforming assets and various types of debt.  He also provides legal counsel for LMF's business operations.  Originally from Fort Myers, Mr. Gordon holds a B.S. in Real Estate from Florida State University, Magna Cum Laude, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida with a specialization and practice certificate in Estates and Trust Administration.  Mr. Gordon is admitted to the Florida Bar.

Tom Vento

Tom Vento serves as Director of Underwriting and is charged with determining final funding amounts and granting underwriting approval for all LM Funding purchase transactions.  Mr. Vento joined LM Funding in March of 2009 and has been a key to its rapid growth.  Prior to joining LM FUnding, Mr. Vento has had a lengthy career as an entrepreneur ranging from retail merchandising to real estate.  Mr. Vento is a Tampa native and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
