Florida Real Estate Journal - October 18, 2011

TAMPA – Sean Galaris has been named president of LM Funding, LLC, a Tampa-based specialty financial services company that manages the receivables of more than 300 condominium associations in Florida and Alabama.

The announcement was made by Frank Silcox, principal and CEO, of LM Funding.

Prior to joining LM Funding, Galaris was a senior vice president of property management firm The Continental Group. He managed the firm’s Tampa region, which included most of Central Florida.

Galaris also opened the firm’s office in Jacksonville and supervised many of Continental’s acquisitions throughout the Southeast.

LM Funding expects us to do everything possible to collect their money and all balances owed to the association... and they have the money to make it happen."
